Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Caravan Assembly Specialist to join our dynamic production team. As a key member of our Reaction Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in our caravan assembly process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in mechanical assembly, cross-functional work, and quality assurance to contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble key components of our premium caravans, including structural, electrical, and mechanical elements, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to adapt to different roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain the highest production standards, ensuring precision in all work processes.
Requirements
  • A trade qualification (such as mechanics, auto electrical, or general automotive) or significant mechanical experience, ideally in a related industry.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, precise work.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic production environment, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment.
