Overview

Trinity Beach Brewing Co is one of Tropical North Queensland's most iconic venues, renowned for its exceptional culinary experiences. As a Master Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our tradition of excellence and delivering consistently high-quality dishes to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chef Management: Lead the kitchen team in preparing and presenting menu items to the highest standards, ensuring timely delivery and consistency throughout service.
  • HACCP Compliance: Maintain rigorous hygiene standards and safety practices, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management, ensuring optimal levels of food supplies and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven track record of delivering exceptional dishes in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior chef position.
  • Commercial Cookery Qualifications: Hold relevant qualifications in commercial cookery, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and management principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
