About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Anna Bay. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children through exceptional learning programs.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified early childhood educator to work in a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with senior educators and the educational leader to develop and enhance learning programs
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our children

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
