Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Sealer to join our production team. As a Sealer, you will be responsible for ensuring all sealing applications are performed to the highest standard, contributing to the final stages of production. The successful candidate will work closely with the Paint and Assembly teams to deliver high-quality finishes, ensuring the protection and longevity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply sealing materials to designated areas in accordance with company procedures and specifications.

• Inspect sealed areas for quality assurance, ensuring a consistent and durable finish.

• Work alongside other departments to ensure a smooth production flow.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow health and safety guidelines in all work practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a sealer, painting, or detail-oriented role (experience in caravan, automotive, or boat building is a plus).

• High attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• A team player with excellent communication skills.

• Candidates with experience as a tiling assistant or in glazing are encouraged to apply.
