What We’re Looking For:

We are specifically seeking experienced composites technicians who bring proven expertise in fibreglassing, laminating, and gel coat work. Whether you're an expert looking to showcase your skills or come from related industries like construction or boat building, we encourage you to apply.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience as automotive panel beaters or bodywork repair specialists with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to form and sand parts to a high standard.
• Experience assisting in tool making for fibreglass moulding.
• Proficiency in brushing and spraying gel coats and flow coats.
• Skills in polishing, detailing, sanding, and fairing.
• Strong experience with hand tools is essential.
