About the Role

This is a unique and diverse position that offers an opportunity to work across multiple areas, including Crisis Assessment and Treatment, Triage, Emergency Psychiatry, and APACER. As a member of the Alfred Health team, you will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary environment that provides timely and effective care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide assessment, treatment, and support to patients in crisis or emergency situations;
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans;
  • To participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge;
  • To contribute to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to mental health care;
About You

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinician who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a relevant field;
  • Approved tertiary qualifications and registration with the Occupational Therapy Board via AHPRA or eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers;
  • Australian working rights and current Influenza vaccination;
