About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a CCT Clinician to join our dynamic team at Alfred Health. As a key member of our Continuing Care Team, you will play a critical role in providing clinical assessment, intervention, case-management and therapy to young people presenting with, or at risk of, developing early psychosis. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating a culture that emphasizes family involvement and promoting positive outcomes for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality clinical services to young people and their families, including assessments, interventions, and case management.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Facilitating a culture that promotes family involvement and supports the development of strong relationships between clients and their caregivers.
  • Acting as a resource and expert in discipline-specific practice in mental health, staying up-to-date with the latest theoretical knowledge and evidence-based practices.

What we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a combination of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young people and their families. You will be a registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3, Social Worker/Occupational Therapist/Psychologist Grade 2, and will have approved tertiary qualifications and eligibility for membership with the relevant professional registering body (Nursing and Midwifery Board/Occupational Therapy Board/Psychology Board via AHPRA, or AASW). You will also require appropriate work visa, full Covid-19 and 2023 Influenza vaccination, current Victorian Driver's License, and current Working with Children Check and be willing to undergo a Background Check.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation
