Job Description

We are seeking an experienced senior lawyer with a strong ability to manage files independently and provide strategic advice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring, developing, and supporting junior lawyers, as well as excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a broad range of files, including complex family law matters, civil litigation files, and residential and commercial property transactions and leasing;
  • Play a pivotal role in mentoring junior solicitors, guiding them in both legal practice and professional growth;
  • Work closely with the managing partner to achieve business objectives and drive results;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years PAE across family, litigation, or property law;
  • Strong ability to manage files independently and provide strategic advice;
  • Passion for mentoring, developing, and supporting junior lawyers;
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills;
  • Admission to practice in QLD and a current practicing certificate.
