Main Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in criminal cases, preparing cases and advising counsel in all jurisdictions.
  • Provide representation services in Magistrates and Children's courts, including for clients in custody, and appear on higher court call-overs and mentions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes through self-management and with guidance from senior legal practitioners as needed.
  • Support contributions to policy, procedure, law reform and legal service delivery initiatives.
