This role is designed to actively support the individual needs of aged people who live at home. Key responsibilities include delivering personal care, providing household domestic assistance, meal preparation, accompanying clients on shopping trips and appointments, offering general companionship, and helping them build social networks.

While a background in community services is advantageous, it is equally important to possess the attributes that embody our values: having a great attitude, being friendly, willing to learn new things, and listening to and understanding what the client wants.

As an empathetic care specialist, you will be part of a rewarding community-based team where you will be supported by engaged managers and have ongoing support.
