We're Hiring: Disability Support Workers – Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Are you passionate about empowering individuals to live life on their own terms?

We're looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers withfull availabilityto join our team and support people in their own homes. This role is all aboutenabling individuals to access their community the way they choose—whether that's attending local events, joining social groups, or simply enjoying everyday activities with confidence and independence.

What we're looking for:

  • Genuine commitment to person-centred support
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
  • Experience in SIL or a strong desire to make a difference
  • A belief that everyone deserves to live life their way

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting individuals in their homes and communities
  • Encouraging independence and choice
  • Building meaningful relationships
  • Making a real impact every day
