
High Performing Programmatic Sales Executive

This role involves driving and winning programmatic revenue from agency, brand, and platform partners. It requires a strong understanding of real-time bidding, private marketplaces, demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms, ad exchanges, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our programmatic sales efforts in AUNZ.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding programmatic sales targets and closing complex deals.
The Programmatic Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new programmatic business with agency, brand, and platform partners.
- Growing existing programmatic revenue book of business.
- Working closely with the Sales Director to implement sales strategies across various market segments.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve programmatic revenue targets.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Promoting programmatic adoption and effectively articulating the value proposition of game advertising and our programmatic advertising solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience with 3+ years of experience driving programmatic sales in an agency/advertiser-facing role.
- A strong understanding of real-time bidding, private marketplaces, demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms, ad exchanges, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous hands-on experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or other AdTech platforms is highly desirable.
