Key responsibilities include reviewing and actioning incoming and open tickets, participating in installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all production server hardware and software, and providing escalated second-level technical support for complex issues.
A background in Linux and knowledge of the data centre ecosystem are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will also be able to work on a rotating shift basis, including on-call duties.
With a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
