Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description

This role involves coordinating supply chain operations, operational problem solving, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle deliveries to the dealer network.

  • Coordinate service provider interactions, resolve compound issues, and ensure smooth vehicle flow to dealers.
  • Actively monitor and evaluate damages to improve damage performance and repair turnaround times.
  • Work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to track and share accurate shipping information.
  • Maintain and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support supply chain visibility and performance.
  • Order, shipping, and allocation data processing ensuring data accuracy and promptly resolving errors.
  • Monitor and measure service provider performance against KPIs and implement improvements.
  • Oversee compound parts stock levels and manage monthly stock replenishment.
  • Attend weekly and monthly service provider meetings and ensure issues are recorded, monitored and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage vehicle movements for company fleet and evaluation cars, including registration updates and tracking.
  • Contribute to functional projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other assigned tasks.

Requirements include tertiary qualifications in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or related field, previous experience in a similar coordination role, ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, detail-oriented and highly organised.
