The role involves coordinating and managing company fleet vehicles, defence fleet vehicles and hired vehicles. The incumbent will be responsible for providing administration support, arranging transport bookings, maintaining vehicle records and ensuring all vehicles are issued in a clean, fully functional state.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and manage company fleet vehicles, Defence fleet vehicles, and hired vehicles
- Coordinate schedules and plans to prioritise multiple requirements within the Transport Fleet
- Provide a transport booking service for self-drive vehicles or driver and vehicle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle record keeping and documentation in information management systems
- Demonstrated experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain management
- High-volume administration skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Outlook, Excel, Word
To be successful in this role, you must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police check and Defence clearance.
The position is based in Melbourne, Australia and requires excellent communication and organisational skills.
