Regional Sales Manager - Expand OPSWAT's Customer Base

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves expanding our customer base through the recruitment and close management of a value-added channel ecosystem.

You will actively participate in customer-facing actions from prospecting to opportunity creation, advancement, and closure alongside channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Solutions Expertise
    • Learns OPSWAT technology and develops strategic account plans targeting deployments of Cybersecurity platforms and solutions in the Public and BFSI Sector.
  • Channel Partnership Development
    • Built relationships within target accounts and with channel/SI partners, leveraging company resources and closing deals.
  • Value Proposition Communication
    • Communicate value propositions to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements.
  • Account Management
    • Maintain extensive account and opportunity detail in Salesforce CRM, including account win plans, customer touch points, sales inhibitors, etc.
  • Revenue Forecasting
    • Forecast and report revenue projections accurately to management.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience
    • 7-10 years of experience successfully selling Cybersecurity products and solutions to enterprise business.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience.
  • Language Skills
    • Conversational English skills are a plus.
  • Sales and Negotiation
    • Successful track record selling complex-solutions directly to enterprise customers and through Channel/SI Partners.
  • Presentation and Communication
    • Persuasive negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Executive Interaction
    • Effective communication with both technology-oriented and senior business executives at the 'C' level.
