Role Overview:

  • As a skilled Conference and Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation, and private dining restaurant bookings to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Handle calls, book appointments, and assist with lead generation and enquiry follow up.
  • Work closely with back-of-house teams to ensure seamless event coordination.
  • Conduct site inspections for clients and third-party suppliers as required.
  • Manage sales activity, client information, and tentative/confirmed bookings within the iVvy event management system.
  • Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc reports as directed.
  • Represent the hotel and Event Hospitality and Entertainment as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and participate in training programs.
  • Secure future business through post-event follow-up and client interaction.
  • Provide support to other departments and colleagues when needed.
