With a team of inclusive and like-minded individuals, your role as Community Fundraising and Marketing Specialist will be to create innovative campaigns and initiatives for members and external supporters.

This organisation is dedicated to its mission of empowering local communities, supporting individuals and fostering meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and fundraising campaigns.
  • Promote community engagement and donor relations through effective communication.
  • Coordinate fundraising events and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with community fundraisers and external supporters.
  • Provide guidance and logistical support for end-to-end events.
  • Execute comprehensive post-event reports and communications.
The Successful Candidate:
  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Community Fundraising, Events Management, Marketing or a related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of building relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities to enhance fundraising events for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Social Media and Digital Marketing platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred).
