Job Summary

This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled professional to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist.

As an Early Intervention Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering proactive and high-quality early intervention services to injured workers and employers through personalised face-to-face assistance.

You will be responsible for conducting community-based visits, providing accurate and complete information, working closely with various stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in early intervention facilitation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and facilitating early intervention practices
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
About You
  • Current Driver's License (mandatory)
  • At least 5 years demonstrated experience in the coordination and facilitation of early intervention practices
  • Tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling) required
  • Qualification aligned to Occupational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Case Management or Mediation
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working within the workers compensation industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong focus on mediating and facilitating reconciliation between parties
