Job Title:

Rehabilitation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Design and implement intervention programs that enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA).
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
