We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team, responsible for providing case management support across various rehabilitation cases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with insured employers, injured employees, rehabilitation professionals, medical practitioners, and legal providers.

You will be responsible for advising and providing case management support across a range of rehabilitation cases at various stages of their return to work journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing case management support across various rehabilitation cases
  • Engaging with insured employers, injured employees, rehabilitation professionals, medical practitioners, and legal providers
  • Supporting the physical and psychological needs of injured workers through additional mental health, technical, and rehabilitation support hubs
  • Contributing to excellent return-to-work outcomes and leading the end-to-end claims management life cycle
  • Collaborating with mental health, recovery, and RTW, and technical support hubs
