Decarbonising Business Opportunities Manager

Transform the energy landscape with us as a Commercial Energy Solutions Manager.
We're seeking an innovative and strategic thinker to drive the development of bespoke commercial energy solutions for business customers. As a key member of our Decarbonisation and Customer Strategy team, you will work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Lead the commercial development of technology-enabled energy solutions, combining multiple AGL products and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert customer opportunities into lower-carbon energy solutions and guide customers through net-zero pathways.
- Evaluate business customer opportunities, building commercial business cases and driving data-based decisions.
Key qualifications include:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical or business discipline.
- Relevant energy industry experience, strong understanding of sustainable and energy solutions, and demonstrated knowledge of Australian energy markets.
- Business acumen, commercial skills, and experience engaging with business customers.
- Advanced communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
