As a Therapeutic Youth Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting young people in care to feel safe and build trust in their futures.
Our team provides a calm, compassionate environment where everyone feels valued and supported. We are seeking a passionate professional who is committed to creating positive relationships based on trust and respect, as well as responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs.
Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, personal care, and activities that make a real difference in the lives of our young people. Collaboration is key, so you will work closely with other staff members to create individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
Requirements- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
- Full Australian Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
