**Fostering Young Lives Program Overview**

This role involves working with clients, including children, young people, and their families. Assessments will be conducted to develop and review client plans, ensuring active involvement of children and young people.

  • You will engage with clients, utilizing appropriate assessment and risk mitigation strategies.
  • You will facilitate transparent communication by openly sharing client plans with clients and relevant agencies.
  • You will coordinate with various service providers to ensure comprehensive support delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to conduct thorough assessments, and effective communication skills.

A background in social work or a related field would be beneficial. Experience working with children, young people, and their families is also essential.
