The Role

  • Manage a ledger of approximately 400 accounts through daily collection calls and follow-up emails
  • Effectively manage ageing debtors to meet expected outcomes
  • Identify customer collection issues and disputes, resolving them within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Handle incoming customer queries in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience

Your Skills

  • You will bring experience from a high-volume collections role, consistently delivering results in a deadline-driven environment
  • Prior experience in a medium-sized company, familiarity with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are desired
  • You will be organised, persistent, and able to build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams

A competitive salary is available for this position, commensurate with your experience. Based on industry standards, the estimated annual salary is around $80,000-$100,000 AUD.
