About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Revenue Officer/Accounts Receivable Officer to utilise their expertise in providing high-level customer service and efficiently managing financial collections.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately and promptly process financial transactions, including revenue administration, electronic funds transfers, and dishonoured cheques.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Retrieve and provide reports and data from our system, input adjustments to charges, and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Debt Recovery: Proactively follow up on outstanding payments to minimise debts and ensure timely collection of revenue.
- Experience: Previous experience dealing with customers/debtors and a proven track record of successful debt recovery.
- Skillset: Excellent communication and customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and ability to show initiative.
We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your value as a highly skilled Financial Collections Specialist. Estimated salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
