About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trolley Collection Specialist to join our Proactive Services Team at Woolworths Dee Why. As a Trolley Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition. You will work alongside your team to collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle, while also maintaining a high level of customer service.



Key Responsibilities



  • Collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle
  • Pull trolleys up a ramp onto the collection vehicle
  • Return trolleys to their designated bays
  • Carry out pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle
  • Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
  • Perform cleaning and waste disposal tasks as required


What We're Looking For


We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A full Australian driver's licence is essential for this role, as is physical fitness due to the nature of the job. The successful candidate will also need to be available to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 4pm.
