, and click. We're looking for a Creative Lead who knows that on TikTok and Meta, the first three seconds matter more than the last three decades.

If you can take culture, content and consumer psychology and spin it into ads that drive real results, this is your stage.

The Role

You'll lead the creative heartbeat of the agency. Guiding a team of sharp Creative Strategists, you'll set the direction, shape the ideas, and keep the work as innovative as it is effective. You'll own creative strategy for big-name D2C brands, turning insights into ad campaigns that don't just rack up likes, but revenue.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in creative strategy or direction, with paid social as your playground
  • Proof you can turn briefs into TikToks and carousels that sell, not just sparkle
  • A brain wired for testing, iterating and optimising at speed
  • A love for short-form video, bold storytelling and clever design
  • The leadership edge to inspire both clients and your team
  • Agency experience is a big plus
