Job Overview

The Electric Utility Coordinator role offers flexibility to work remotely with flexible hours. The primary purpose is to support our civil, construction, and metering teams to enable effective delivery of our pole to pit program and assist the wider metering and servicing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate pole to pit construction activities via service providers and internal stakeholders using Zinfra's digital platform.
  • Deliver an end-to-end service ensuring alignment with OH&S as per Service and Installation Regulations.
  • Use standard software and systems, including client systems, SAP, and Upvise.
  • Maintain files on the Zinfra Server with proper directory structure.
  • Continually determine and maintain best work practice for data maintenance, integrity, and accuracy.

About You

  • Have knowledge of the electrical distribution industry.
  • Ideal candidate holds Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) Training or can obtain it upon commencement.
  • Awareness of client systems and SAP is desirable.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of scheduling and planning.
  • Hold a current Victorian Driver's Licence.
