Job Description

As an Infrastructure Scheduling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enabling the effective delivery of our pole to pit program. You will work closely with our civil, construction, and metering teams to facilitate seamless project execution and support the wider metering and servicing team.

The primary purpose of this role is to utilize Zinfra's digital platform to streamline scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with OH&S regulations and optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate pole to pit construction activities via service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver end-to-end services, adhering to Service and Installation Regulations.
  • Utilize standard software and systems, including client systems, SAP, and Upvise.
  • Maintain accurate records on the Zinfra Server, adhering to proper directory structure.
  • Continually improve data maintenance, integrity, and accuracy through best practices.

About You

  • Prior experience in the electrical distribution industry is highly desirable.
  • A Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) Training certification is ideal; training can be provided upon commencement.
  • Knowledge of client systems and SAP is also desirable.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • An understanding of scheduling and planning principles is necessary.
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence is required.

Estimated salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
