About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Pricing Manager to join our Monetization & Engagement team in Australia. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through data-driven pricing decisions.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented professional with expertise in financial modeling, pricing analytics, and strategic decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support pricing initiatives
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies within eBay's pricing system
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Partnering with regional teams to develop comprehensive buyer incentives and engagement strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Engineering
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred
  • Background in strategy consulting, banking, accounting, financial services, or e-commerce
  • Experience with financial modeling and pricing analytics in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Proficiency in coding and/or data visualization (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
