
Operational Support Specialist

The Operational Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all invoice and purchase order requirements
- Coordinate payroll and respond to payroll queries
- Provide support to operations managers
- Conduct site inductions and ensure compliance with regulations
- Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with invoicing and purchase orders
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly strong focus on Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and related ERP systems
- Suitable qualification or experience to perform the role
- Demonstrated administrative work experience
