Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes in health or wellbeing to the nursing team
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to enrich their quality of life
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged care or healthcare, particularly in a support specialist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to aged care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team
