Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate effectiveness in the delivery of training and engagement activities and outcomes
- Cultivate and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders across an agency
- Manage work activities according to schedule demands and organise stakeholders using physical and virtual meetings
- Plan and undertake training needs analysis, training plans and delivery and manage related registers and plans
- Demonstrate high-level time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- At least five years' demonstrated application of training development and delivery
- Expertise in eLearning development, including end-to-end design, authoring, and deployment using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or similar tools
- Strong video content creation skills, including scripting, recording, editing, and producing engaging learning videos using tools such as Camtasia, Snagit or Adobe
- Instructional design capability, with a sound understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to both in-person and online learning experiences
