Job Opportunity

This is a mid-senior level, part-time position as a Training and Development Specialist in our training organisation.

We deliver high-impact, nationally recognised training and assessment services tailored to the needs of Australia's essential infrastructure sectors.

We are seeking experienced trainers who can work on a flexible basis, preparing and delivering engaging, compliant training in line with the relevant training package.

  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for various courses including electrical safety, rescue units, live low voltage work, and work health and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records, assessments, and reports.
  • Comply with RTO policies, ASQA standards, and industry licensing requirements.
  • Support recognition of prior learning (RPL) processes and gap assessments where applicable.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Vocational competencies and industry experience in electrical safety, rescue units, and other relevant areas.
  • Ability to travel and deliver intrastate and interstate across our various sites.

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will contribute to shaping the skills of individuals working in Australia's essential infrastructure sectors.
