Exciting Opportunity at Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our Digital Platforms team as an Industry Based Learning (IBL) Program 5 intern.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a large corporate business Head Office, combined with development and training opportunities.

As a Digital Platforms intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular data validation and data quality checks within the CRM system to maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability of customer data.
  • Assisting in testing new system releases and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the testing of CRM system integrations with other platforms, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Participating in the testing of customer-facing apps, providing feedback to improve user experience.
  • Working with various departments to support CRM initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.
  • Providing assistance with monthly newsletters or other marketing initiatives.

We are looking for self-motivated and pro-active students who are passionate about gaining work experience. Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others, and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas.

To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 5, in a Business or IT-related degree. A focus or interest on data analysis would be favourable.
