Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Contour Education. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain People & Culture processes to ensure they are structured yet adaptable to our dynamic environment.
  • Support day-to-day HR functions, including record-keeping, payroll assistance, compliance, and responding to team member inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to implement digital tools, automation, and AI-driven platforms to streamline HR workflows.
  • Help maintain and enhance a positive team culture through engagement initiatives, team events, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Work closely with department leads to understand their needs and assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Passion for people and creating a positive workplace culture.
  • An understanding (or a willingness to learn) of the employee lifecycle and its importance in driving engagement and performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
  • Interest in modern ways of working, including digital communication, HR platforms, automation, and AI.
