Hospital in the Home (HITH) ServiceDeliver high-quality, acute inpatient care to patients from a multidisciplinary team of health professionals at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
- Administer treatments such as Intravenous antibiotics, wound management, clinical assessment, heart failure management and more.
- Value nurses who are enthusiastic, highly resourceful, have strong time management, and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will be supported to use your excellent clinical assessment and communication skills to provide care to patients in both our hospital clinic and in the patients' home.
