Experienced Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Established relationships with patients, families, staff and medical officers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Delivered exceptional patient-centered care and customer service.
- Supervised and mentored Enrolled Nurses, graduates and students, as well as AINs/PSAs.
- Worked collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, managed workload and prioritized personal well-being.
- Led quality improvement projects to achieve desired outcomes.
- Contributed to clinical and compliance auditing.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Have prior experience in Orthopaedics/Neurosurgery.
- Demonstrate advanced clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and patient management in the perioperative setting.
- Effectively work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Implement strategies to integrate quality and risk management into daily activities.
