About the Role

This position requires an individual who is passionate about supporting others and can work independently to provide care services to clients in their homes. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, goal setting, and participating in community events.

The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, patience, empathy, and experience in working with vulnerable individuals, either in residential settings or through community programs.

You should hold relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support, along with a valid Police Check and Australian Driver's Licence. Additionally, being fully vaccinated is mandatory.

Career Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate compassion and understanding towards older adults and those with disabilities.
  • Proven experience in caregiving roles, particularly in elderly or residential care environments.
  • Possession of relevant certifications and qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support).
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
  • Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
