EPMO Lead Assurance and Reporting

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven project leader with an enterprise-based approach to program and portfolio management.

The successful candidate will lead efficient and effective maturity, assurance and reporting for the EPMO, providing support and advice to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to project teams to ensure effective project controls are in place and risks and issues are appropriately managed.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on project documentation and ensure approvals are progressed to the relevant governance group.
  • Coordinate the EPMO team to identify and deliver continuous improvement of practices and processes related to project governance, assurance, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management or post graduate and several years of subsequent experience.
  • Experience in an EPMO, or a sound understanding of implementation of project management framework and common project management methodologies and principles.
  • Experience in undertaking quality assurance activities.
  • Experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
