Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to operational leaders and teams, ensuring that people processes run smoothly and the workplace remains positive, productive, and future-focused.

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will work closely with operational leaders and teams to provide practical advice and support on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and reporting. They will also be responsible for keeping HR systems up to date and using data to produce useful insights and reports. Additionally, they will assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues, and help review and improve policies, frameworks, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with leaders across the business to provide practical advice and support
* Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues
* Keep HR systems up to date and use data to produce useful insights and reports
* Support workforce planning, performance reviews, and organizational development programs
* Help review and improve policies, frameworks, and processes
* Analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience supporting operational blue-collar workforces and enjoy a varied role. You should be able to pivot from one priority to the next, be organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to build relationships at all levels to get the job done. Ideally, you will have qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar, and at least 5 years' experience in a generalist or HR business partner role, ideally in an operational or industrial setting.
