Human Resources Strategist Role

The primary function of this role is to design, develop and implement effective human resources strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing HR programs to drive employee engagement, retention and productivity
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives
  • Providing coaching and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Facilitating inductions and training sessions for new employees
  • Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in HR processes and systems
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources (highly desirable)
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers and leaders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and information, and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
