Job Description

Our team seeks an experienced and skilled professional to assist with face-to-face student enquiries, providing accurate and timely information. The successful candidate will manage student enquiries received via designated inboxes, ensuring professional and prompt responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process student requests including certificate collection, reprints, and documentation distribution
  • Update and maintain accurate student records and notes on the Learning Management System (LMS) and Sharepoint
  • Support the mid- and end-of-semester results process, including results processing, release of results, mid- and end-semester reporting, and the printing and distribution of certifications and transcripts
  • Support course and unit database management, class timetabling, facilities management, and system rollover each teaching period
  • Provide administrative support to academic and student services teams, as required

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with the coordination and logistics of student events, orientation, and graduation activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities
  • Administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to independently resolve routine problems and issues
  • Sense of responsibility and commitment
  • IT literacy and experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Previous experience working in administrative or student/academic services function in an education setting is highly regarded.
