About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager to oversee our largest residential care services in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to drive performance and resident care outcomes, while promoting a consumer-focused service internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize performance and resident care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organisational goals.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 (unrestricted).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Satisfactory police check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
