Clinical Care Manager Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to lead and manage our clinical teams, ensuring high-quality care delivery for residents in an aged care setting.

As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.
