Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aged Care Professional to lead our team of healthcare professionals in delivering clinical care excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including financial management within budget guidelines.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Residential Manager or Director of Nursing in aged care
  • Registered Nurse background with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and knowledge of ACFI and Accreditation
  • Leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
