About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative ICT professional to join our dynamic ICT Team. The successful candidate will provide desktop support across all business units, working in an office-based environment with beautiful views.

This is a key role within our ICT Team, responsible for providing expert technical assistance to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a sound knowledge of contemporary ICT technologies, and the ability to proactively support the ICT environment to minimize breaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide desktop support and solutions
  • Investigate issues and manage diagnostic information and outcomes
  • Proactively support the TLC ICT environment to minimize breaches
  • Monitor and maintain all systems and network environment
  • Review, recommend and action improvement in ways of operating in all environments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in ICT or a related field
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary ICT technologies (LAN/WAN, wi-fi, Microsoft Server, VOIP, Citrix OS)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • National Police Check
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
