We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Full Time ICT Manager role.

Reporting to the Head of Technology Operations, you will provide be responsible for the management of the Company's Information and Communications technology and business systems.

With a focus on supporting the Company's immediate and long-term business management and technology goals, the role works closely with internal stakeholders and key hirers to deliver robust solutions that meet business and event needs. The role is focused on co-ordinating key hirer and stakeholders' technical requirements, so they successfully fit within the Stadiums network and systems infrastructure.

**Your focus will be**:

- Provide Leadership to a small and highly skilled team
- Management and continuous improvement of the Digital and Connected 'Fans First' Stadium Experience
- Working with the Head of Technology Operations and national General Manager of Digital & ICT to implement the Stadium's long-range strategic plan
- Management of all Operational Technology (OT) including audio visual, production, sports technology, broadcast, and the integration of Hirer technology with the venue
- Management of all business ICT systems including ensuring standards for the implementation, development and platform selection are met
- Delivery of the cyber security programme
- Managing the needs of the key hirers

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in complex ICT environments performing systems administration, IT management, business systems management, analysis or other business integrated roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing a Microsoft 365 and Azure environment including identity management, licensing, security, IaaS and PaaS and solution architecture.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, IT Business Management, or other similar discipline.
- Be able to demonstrate extensive ICT service delivery and client expectation management experience
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, evolving, and growing ICT environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Project Management experience
