ICT Contracts Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Contracts Coordinator to join our team. As an ICT Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of ICT contract services for both internal and external clients.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the negotiation, management and administration of ICT contracts, ensuring that all agreements are compliant with commercially competitive standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with ICT acronyms and lingo to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure seamless contract service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve contract management processes and increase client satisfaction
  • Provide expert advice on ICT contract matters to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract-related correspondence, documentation and decisions

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Well-developed strategic and commercial acumen
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
